The SAPOA BEE SMME CONTRACTORS TO THE SOUTH AFRICAN PROPERTY INDUSTRY has been compiled with the help of several major users of BEE SMME contractors. It appears in hard copy as an annually updated directory; the website is updated on a monthly basis (see Latest News)
SAPOA is providing this service in the interests of furthering existing BEE-owned SMME’S with their business development strategies. Moreover, SAPOA wishes to encourage aspirant Black entrepreneurs to move on with their plans and seek help, advice and nurturing from persons – corporates and professionals – to get started with their businesses and make a go of these in a properly (ie formally) structured way. There are many helpers out there to show you the way!
As the directory establishes itself as a well-used guide to BEE SMMEs who/that provide essential services and solutions to commercial real estate in South Africa, it will expand its listings to encompass criteria that underscore the reliability of any name shown – for example, where a name operates a quality management system covering the product or service, this will be stated. A benchmarking system is ultimately envisaged.
The data forming the listings in this directory have been uploaded from reputable sources. SAPOA and its data sources, however, can neither accept any responsibility nor liability for the quality or competence of any contractor listed in the directory.
